Vantorian Jenkins is a highly skilled and dedicated construction professional with over a decade of experience in residential, custom home, and commercial construction. Vantorian has established himself as a trusted tradesman and leader known for his hands-on expertise, commitment to quality, and ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

From early in his career, Vantorian demonstrated a natural aptitude for craftsmanship and project coordination. His deep understanding of building materials, blueprint reading, and quality assurance has enabled him to work effectively with subcontractors, general contractors, and clients. His organizational and interpersonal skills have consistently fostered positive working relationships and ensured customer satisfaction.

As the Owner of Five Star Tile Setters, LLC, he has managed daily operations, procurement, and project bidding, emphasizing cost-effective solutions and timely delivery. His role as a Foreman with Performance Contracting Inc. further honed his skills in project management, supervising teams, and ensuring that installation standards were met with precision.

His tenure as Operations Manager at Bonus Building Care allowed him to develop his leadership in managing teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. These foundational experiences prepared him for more senior roles, including his position as Chief Engineer at Residence Inn Germantown, where he led engineering teams, managed budgets, and implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and safety.

Most recently, Vantorian has expanded his leadership scope as the Director of Engineering at Astute Hospitality Partners. In this role, he develops and implements strategic maintenance and engineering initiatives across multiple properties, mentors staff and ensures compliance with safety and building codes.
