Meet Stacia Harvey-Randall Advisory Board Chair

Empowering Leadership, Community Advocate, and Catalyst for Purpose
Stacia Harvey-Randall is a dynamic leader in the hospitality industry and a passionate community advocate based in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the prestigious Whitley Hotel in Buckhead, she has built her career over 22 years working with various hotel brands, advancing from a Front Desk Agent to a key strategic leader in operations and human resources.
Originally from Berwick, Louisiana, Stacia spent over two decades in New Orleans, where she cultivated her educational foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a Minor in Print Journalism from Southern University at New Orleans. Furthering her commitment to professional development, she also holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Training and Development from the University of Phoenix.
Throughout her career, Stacia has been recognized for her dedication to service and community. In 2023, she received the Community Service Award at the GHLA Awards, reflecting her impactful contributions beyond her professional endeavors. She is also a founding member of the Krewe of Sheba, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting and honoring Black women through joyful celebrations, empowering events, and inspiring initiatives that foster unity and love.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Stacia is an accomplished entrepreneur. She is the owner of Elevated Vocals, LLC., where she offers public speaking, entertainment, and career coaching services. Under this umbrella, she develops young talent through her program The Vocalizers, which helps children aged 9-16 build confidence and hone their public speaking skills. She also launched the Ele’Voice Series, a platform spotlighting female trailblazers who have made significant contributions to their careers and communities.
A devoted mother to her 9-year-old daughter Alacia and a loving wife to her husband Austin, Stacia’s life is rooted in faith, family, and service. She actively volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America in Atlanta, inspiring young girls to reach their full potential.
Stacia’s journey has been marked by overcoming barriers and breaking down doors for women who follow in her footsteps. She has been featured on seven podcasts and in eight articles, sharing her story and inspiring others. She is also in the process of transitioning her podcast into a live talk show called Live with Stacia Talk Show, which promises to continue her mission of connecting with women and helping them discover their purpose.
Hospitality is her passion, but serving people is her superpower. Stacia Harvey-Randall continues to forge a path of empowerment, purpose, and community impact, inspiring women and communities alike to rise and thrive.
